Some experiences linked from the site, such as the external shop, Discord, TikTok, the Chrome Web Store, Stripe-hosted checkout, and YouTube playback, are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

4. Public Areas and Visibility

Parts of Synners Cyrcle are designed to be public. Your username, bio, profile photo, banner, public posts, comments, replies, cause submissions, and profile playlist choices may be visible to other users or visitors. Donation activity may also be shown publicly in the tracker unless you choose to keep your name off the public list.

Please do not post information you do not want others to see, copy, or reference. Public content can remain visible in cached pages, logs, or backups for a period of time even after edits or removal.

5. Syn AI, Memory, and Linked Identity

Syn AI can use recent chat context, stored memory, and profile-level summaries to generate better replies. Depending on how you use the service, Syn may store meaningful notes, goals, preferences, milestones, relationship context, and live-event history while filtering out lower-value noise.

If you link and verify your TikTok account, Syn may use that linkage to connect your live stream interactions with your website account so relevant memories can carry between the live assistant and the website assistant. If you do not link accounts, those surfaces are treated separately.

If audio features are enabled and you choose to use them, audio you submit may be sent for transcription and converted into text before being processed as part of the Syn experience.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Tools

We use cookies and browser storage to keep the site working and to remember settings. For example, the site uses authentication/session cookies, a guest identifier cookie for Syn AI visitors who are not signed in, and local browser storage for things like theme choice, Syn voice preference, and first-visit onboarding state.

10. Security and Minors
