These terms govern access to Synners Cyrcle at https://synnerscyrcle.com and its related site features, including accounts, community posting, donations, Syn AI, account linking, and external integrations.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Synners Cyrcle at https://synnerscyrcle.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Who May Use the Services

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with the minimum age and platform rules that apply where you live. You are responsible for making sure your use of the services, and any connected account such as TikTok or YouTube, complies with applicable law and the rules of those platforms.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and sessions.
  • You may not impersonate another person or falsely claim ownership of linked accounts.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, use the available account tools or an official Synners Cyrcle contact channel as soon as possible.

4. Community Features and User Content

The service allows users to create public profiles, publish posts, upload media, comment, reply, like content, submit causes, and build public playlist sections. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant Synners Cyrcle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, secure, and moderate the services.

  • You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, post, or submit.
  • You may not post unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, harassing, or malicious content.
  • You may not upload malware, hidden code, destructive files, or anything intended to damage the service or other users.
  • Cause submissions and other content may be reviewed, rejected, removed, or edited for moderation, legal, quality, or safety reasons.

5. Syn AI

Syn AI is part of the service. By using it, you understand that replies may be generated by machine-learning systems, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should not be relied on as legal, medical, financial, mental-health, safety, or other professional advice.

  • Do not use Syn AI for emergencies or time-critical risk decisions.
  • If you choose to link a TikTok identity, Syn may connect relevant live and website interactions to improve memory and continuity.
  • We may moderate, log, summarize, or store certain interactions to operate the feature and maintain continuity, safety, and product quality.

6. Donations, Support Payments, and Checkout

Some parts of the service let users make support payments or donations. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize the transaction you submit and agree to any additional terms imposed by the payment provider.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, support payments are voluntary and are not equity, deposits, or ownership interests in the brand or site.
  • Donations made through the current donation tracker are direct support for Synners Cyrcle and its operator unless a separate checkout page clearly states a different purpose.
  • Charity listings and cause pages are informational community submissions. They are not recipients of the current donation tracker checkout unless we explicitly launch a separate legally reviewed flow.
  • Refunds are handled at our discretion unless a refund is required by law or by the applicable payment provider's rules.
  • Public donation displays may show contribution activity unless you choose an anonymous display option where one is offered.
  • We may pause, restrict, or disable live checkout, cycles, or support features at any time for testing, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

7. Linked Accounts and Third-Party Services

The service may connect to or link out to third-party products and platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Stripe, Discord, the Chrome Web Store, and the Synners Cyrcle shop hosted outside this site. Those services operate independently and may apply their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and restrictions.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their security, or what they do with your data once you leave our service or authorize them directly.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Breaking the law or encouraging others to do so.
  • Impersonation, fraud, account sharing abuse, or false identity verification.
  • Spam, mass promotion, scraping, or automated abuse of the service.
  • Interfering with the service, reverse engineering it, or bypassing access controls.
  • Uploading content you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Attempting to exploit payments, moderation systems, or community features.

9. Intellectual Property

The Synners Cyrcle name, branding, service design, software, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the services as intended, these terms do not give you ownership or a license to copy, resell, republish, or commercially exploit the platform or its branding.

10. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We may remove content, reject submissions, disable features, unlink accounts, limit access, or suspend or terminate accounts if we believe that is necessary to protect the community, comply with the law, investigate abuse, respond to complaints, or enforce these terms.

11. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the services will always be secure, available, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synners Cyrcle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the services. If applicable law does not allow that full limitation, liability will be limited to the minimum amount the law permits.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
